Everything was explained in detail and Jo and Laura made sure I fully understood what my condition is. They were friendly and made me feel safe. I knew I could trust them straight away. They were honest about treatment options and I really felt they wanted the best for me.

Amelia enjoyed her 3 night respit stay at Brian house last week. The staff took great care of her and the loved doing craft activities and her pamper session. Mum managed to have a “sort of” rest whilst Amelia was at Brian house.

Care about the patients, relatives. Thanks visitors etc. Give excellent care and compassion nothing is too much trouble.

Patient happy with the care from the H&H team. Patient not too sure about being involved in the care plan. In general the service was good.

Both mother and cousin died within the hospice (died separately) both got credit care and attention.

The support and care from all the doctors, nurses, volunteers, kitchen staff was amazing. You can see all the staff are so dedicated to their work and really care and understood how you are feeling. They were always there to listen and help as any time.
